Ram compatible with Motherboard?

I am building a pc and I am using this motherboard

My question is would this Ram be compatible with this motherboard? Stupid question I know but I'm not so good on PCs

Thanks! It just says about the Ram its compatible with these chipsets but it does not say anything about a Z97. Thanks for clearing this up! Oh and would a 980 Ti from MSI be okay with this mobo.
