These are high density sticks that are less compatible. It may or may not work.
But, yes it usually works with AMD systems.

The regular 'low-density' stuicks are four times the price of the high density 4GB DDR2 N-ECC

You can consider trying only if you can get it replaced in the case that it does not work.
