Per this [1] info sheet, it looks like the RAM you bought should work. The most likely issue I can see is that you have the RAM sticks plugged into the wrong slots. It looks like you need to have the ram sticks in the slots with the white retention.
If the above still does not help, try the slots with the black retention, just to be sure.
If all of the above does not work, try one stick of RAM in the white slot closest to the center of the motherboard. If that doesn't work try the other.
If all else fails, we need to find what beep code the PC is emitting. Take a look at this [2] site and see if you can decode the beeps.
Let me know what you find!

i tried everything that you said and for the beep code its 1-3-2 which is in the range of 1-3-1 to 2-4-4 which is DIMMs not being properly identified or used
ps. my old ram is running alright but for some reason one of the games I used to play just fine before testing out the new ram(guild wars 2) crashes whenever opened, also ive noticed that it started caching way more than usual leaving only 400 mbs of free ram out of 4gbs(cache is around 2000-2500)

The beep code isn't very helpful, it just says that there is a RAM issue (duh).
Did just one of the sticks of RAM work?
This sounds like defective RAM to me. It is possible it is a motherboard issue, although your old RAM works so I doubt it. Do you have another system that you could test the RAM in? This would determine if it is a RAM issue or a motherboard issue.
If you do not have another system, I would recommend getting new RAM. I also would not recommend the RAM you chose, it's from a brand I've never encountered. If you can afford a little more, I would recommend something like this [1].

nope neither of them works, so im most likely returning them or replacing depends on how much the company wants to be rated... and sadly i dont have another system to try it on. Also the reason I choose this type of Ram is because it has high rating and alot of people that i rated so i figured it should be good while the price is pretty affordable for someone that doesn't wanna spend that much since im getting a new laptop next year. well thanks anyways ill just hope the company returns it with no issues.
