Mixing RAM kits is never a good idea due to differences in Latency. That's why manufacturers bin their modules to match.
Even exact same specs and P/N can cause a mismatch.

Your CPU officially supports 3200MHz RAM so no guarantee you will...

No reason it wouldn't work as advertised. Ryzen 5000 even likes and gets best performance with 4 sticks

Your CPU officially supports 3200MHz RAM so no guarantee you will achieve their rated OC Frequency of 3600MHz x 32GB, It is the strength of the IMC (Integrated Memory Controller) that will determine if the Overclock will work.

When choosing RAM it's best to select a single kit the size you need at the frequency your CPU supports and chosen from the MB manufacturers QVL list of tested RAM.

Although there is an XMP2 profile for Overclocking the modules for the Vengeance kit you have listed, I doubt it will work. You will have to manually select Timings and voltage in Bios for them to work and you may have to settle for a lower frequency for stability.

Solution
3200MHz RAM is not an "Official support up to" but only "natural" frequency of IMC over which is considered overclocking. It's very conservative number as frequencies at 4000MHz+ are possible, automatically if BIOS sets DOCP to memory XMP and more or less manually if BIOS permits, (in most cases upping RAM voltage solves problem).
