At present I have a ADATA 4gb (model ad3u1333c4g9-r) ram installed.

Memory Size: 4 GBytes
Channels : Single
Memory Frequency : 665.1 MHz (DDR = 1333MHz)
CAS# latency (CL) : 9.0
RAS# to CAS# delay (tRCD) : 9
RAS# Precharge (tRP) : 9
Cycle Time (tRAS) : 24

I want to purchase another 4gb stick but cannot find the exact model.

I have shortlisted a few but now sure which is compatible with currently installed ram.

Kindly suggest which ram is suitable.

Hi Pabreu

Ideally you want the exact same thing as there can easily be problems when mixing sticks, sometimes it works and often not. Good news I found the same ones on Amazon as well ADATA list them on their website and from the ADATA page I link below go to the country you're in to try and find a retailer or have your favorite retailer order them from ADATA. If you can try and stick with the same sticks.

Even if you buy the exact same RAM module, there's no guarantee that it will work perfectly in plug and play. So you may still have to do some tweaking. That is not to say that it won't work. But know that there is a chance that it may not work.
