When 4k videos are played on YT they are pretty stuck, and load on every 3-4 sec. Cant play one video smooth with NO lagging. CPU get at 95%-100% also RAM is FULL, and also Disk sometimes get to 100%.. I tried 3421342 combinations but nothing seems to work. Im tyred, confused and dont know what to do. I've changed Ram memory lot of times but seems the problem is something else, also for disk at 100% ive done Local disk C format, but also nothing has changed. Maybe Im using a very low amount of RAM for my 64x win 10, but i have no experience in computers so i dont know much. I buy the pc so is new and it has warranty and i CANT open my pc case, because it will end my warranty. Please help me im despered

Yes i was supposed to have that, I assume now that is too low, its says DIMM 4 GB DDR4 2400Mhz Geil CL16 Bulk. I must say that at the beginning videos played smooth. I dont know from where problem started, but its very annoying. How much RAM I need to have for this configuration is 16GB enough? If someone new how to handle this, is it some magic card that can be pulled from nowhere.

This new image shows you have 720mb of available ram. That is really low and windows will start using your harddrive as memory and probably accounting for most of your issues.I would suggest upgrading to a minimum of 8gb. More then 4gb of ram would require a 64 bit windows. If this is not what you have then you will need to reinstall windows 64bit to make use of the extra ram. There is no upgrade path from 32bit sadly.
