So I have been having troubles with my new ram after installing it, VENGEANCE® RGB PRO 16GB (2 x 8GB) 3000 Mhz.
I keep getting memory management error blue screens and today Windows did not event boot properly, kept getting black screens and Windows failures, "Srttrail.exe" error, I switched backed to my old ram 1x8Gb Corsair 2133mhz ram and everything is fine for now.
I would like to know if there is anything I could do to fix these issues.

Current pc specs:
Intel Core i5 7400 @ 3.00GHz
ASRock H110M-DVS R3.0
GeForce GTX 1050

Welcome to the forums, newocmer!

Regardless of what ram kit you drop into the board, the ram will only work as fast as the IMC(integrated memory controller/chipset) will allow it to go, which in your case is DDR4-2400Mhz. The new ram should work on your platform but due to the processor's memory controller and the chipset the highest you'll see in terms of ram frequency is DDR4-2400MHz. You won't be able to get to DDR4-3000MHz regardless of what you do.

BIOS version for your motherboard?

It says 18.07.2017, maybe because today is reset bios by taking out the CMOS because I was having problems with my pc, best to update it I guess and try the new ram again, but im afraid it's going to mess up Windows again.
