Okay, the RAM has a crack at the bottom (where it plugs in at) where the hole is. The hole is cracked, but the RAM still functions, but I don't see the crack giving me any trouble so it shouldn't give me any problems right? it's a small crack. Just the hole...

If you bought it new, exchange it from the seller if they can, otherwise warranty may be denied later when you need it. If it has no warranty or any support, don't touch it and let it keep working just as it is.

really a life time warranty? well I didn't buy it new-- It's DDR2 ram btw. When I look at it closely I don't believe it messed up any of the traces. Its just the empty part of the PCB--

RAM modules, even ones as old as that, contained traces inside the board which may break or short if the board is cracked.

Replace it, especially if it's some expensive-to-replace industrial equipment.

Plan fund on replacing the rest of the system if not, as even a basic setup - a sub-$300 CPU-Motherboard-RAM-PSU-SSD combo - would outperform your current system by an order of magnitude or more.
