RAM DDR3 compatibility question

Hello everyone,
I have my DDR3 RAMs installed in my HP Proliant G6, which has the following specifications
2RX8 PC-3-10600R-9-10-B0. is it compatible with the following DDR3 RAM?
2RX8 PC-3-10600R-9-11-J0
Meaning can I install them both together to get higher amount of RAM?
& what is the meaning of the last three digits? what are used for? (9-11-J0)

Mixing different RAM, even exact same brand and model, can cause compatibility issues. Maybe it will work and maybe not.

As above, it may work or it may not. Mixing RAM is a gamble.
