Just about to buy a laptop from: https://rjtech.com/shop/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=30755 and i want to know which RAM to buy. So i have 2 options: 1 * 16GB DDR4 3200 MHz Single Module or 2 * 8GB DDR4 3200MHz (8GB RAM 3200MHz Each but * 2 Modules = 16GB in total) - Correct me if i am wrong.
Just want to know is this type of RAM dual channel, single channel or quad channel and is isn't it better to have 2 8GB's instead of a single 16GB of 3200MHz because if i have 28GB RAM of 3200MHz each then i have access to more speed up to 6400MHz or maybe i can total the speed of both RAM sticks up. 116GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM is costing me $100.00 USD and 28GB is costing me $85.00 USD but 28GB is is cheaper but 2 each have 3200MHz speed each modules but the single 16GB module have only one 3200MHz speed. So isn't that 2*8GB Module more better than buying 16GB 3200MHz option?
Thanks for this . I honor your replies.
