Hello guys,
I have PC with:
motherboard MSI Z270 GAMING M6 AC
RAM Corsair Vengeance LED DDR4, 2x8GB, 3000MHz, CL15
CPU Intel Core i7-7700K, 4.2GHz, 8MB

My gf is buying PC which has:
Motherboard MSI Z370 GAMING PRO Carbon
CPU Intel Core i7-8700K, 3.70GHz, 12MB

I am thinking about add more ram to my PC. So my questions are:
- Will my RAM work fine with her PC? It means
RAM Corsair Vengeance LED DDR4, 2x8GB, 3000MHz, CL15
Motherboard MSI Z370 GAMING PRO Carbon
CPU Intel Core i7-8700K, 3.70GHz, 12MB

-And second question, will my new chosen RAM work with my PC?
RAM Corsair Vengeance LED DDR4, 2x16GB, 3000MHz, CL15
RAM Corsair Vengeance LED DDR4, 2x8GB, 3000MHz, CL15
CPU Intel Core i7-7700K, 4.2GHz, 8MB

Solution
Why do you want more RAM? Adding more RAM will only benefit you if you are using all 16gb of what you already have. And unless you are doing some kind of workstation tasks that can make use of more than 16gb of RAM getting more wont do anything for you.

To answer your first question mixing RAM is hit of miss, your kit may work in your girlfriends pc with her kit installed as well, or it may not. Only way to know for sure is to try it.

For the second question yes that kit should work with your board.
