I currently have 6GB of ram in my asus zenbook ux303ln. There is 4Gb soldered to the motherboard and there is also a stick with 2 gb, so a total of 6. I bought a 8gb stick to replace the 2gb one.
The problem is that my BIOS and Windows dont detect the 8gb stick. When its in, it only shows a total of 4gb ram.
But when I run CPU-Z i think it does show my stick.
I am pretty sure my 8gb stick is compatible; here it is:

and here are the results from cpu-z:
before switch:
after upgrade:
What can I do now? is there anything I can do or do I need a new ramstick?
