I need software to check my memory (RAM) under Dos.

I have already this programs before and I remember that Ii have down load it
from Microsoft , but I forget it's name and location

Please advise me to download it again

I think the software you're referring to "Windows Memory Diagnostic"
(WMD??....hmmm Filename: windiag.

I downloaded it from Microsoft a couple years ago but can't remember exactly
where.

You extract it to floppy then boot with it and it launches a memory test
routine in DOS that runs until you decide to stop it.
