RAM doesn't click into place

My RAM does not click into place, i fear if I press down any harder, I'll damage my motherboard and RAM.

Does other ram fit? Is it the ram or the motherboard? Can you RMA it?

You can't be shy with it, especially if the DRAM and mobo are new. Just make sure you've got it oriented correctly and it's properly aligned. You can also support the board from behind with your fingers, just be careful where you put them, make sure you ground before you handle the sticks and board and your fingers are clean.
