RAM doesn't fit well on second slot

I have a toshiba satellite pro C50-A-1HQ with 4gb RAM and i bought a second RAM memory with another 4gb. Both of them fit correctly on the first slot of RAM but none of them fit well on the second slot of RAM.
I have made a video so you can see better the problem:

I tried doing more pressure but I don't think that is the problem. Both ram are ddr3l so-dimm.

Is there something caught in the memory bank? Also, check the notch; it may be slightly off or disfigured (manufacturing mistake). It doesn't look like you're using much insertion force. Inserting the memory might require a little more love (I stress "little").

I checked the notch and it doesn't seem to block the memory card, the notchs of both slots are a bit diferent but they have the same width. I tried doing much more pressure but it didn't work.
I didn't see anything inside either.

you need to put one in the first slot first since it is not clip down the other one wont go in .

The first thing I did when I got the new memory card was to put it on the remaining slot so when I saw that it didn't fit I removed the old memory and put the new one on that slot (to check if the problem was the memory card or the memory bank) but in that slot the memory fit perfectly. So I have already checked to put one on the second slot having one on the first slot.

does the slot flip up a bit like 30 degres up if you coudl check inside it if there is nothing that block ram to get in could be a pins that is bend .

I checked all that but everything seems ok. I will probably send the laptop to technical service next monday when I know the problem I will post the solution here.
