RAM doesn't work on dual channel

My motherboard is: Asus Prime B350-plus
My RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 4GB DDR4-2400 x 4 (16 in total)
Was working fine, but after I put another RAM (DDR4-2400 8gb x2) and went back to my RAM the motherboard just doesn't recognize them. With only 1 stick works fine, but with 2 sticks it only recognize 1 and with all 4 doesn't work at all (black screen, LEDs on mouse and keyboard neither work, but GPU kind of works I guess... and every LED inside the case and fans seems to work)

Just to clarify they are all the same frequency? Try resetting CMOS and updating the bios

Yes. No OC, all default values

Any LEDs on the Mobo? In the bios try to turn on XMP to see if it can recognize them. Try running a Memtest86 to see if they’re faulty or what’s happening

Mobo LEDs work. Black screen, can't even turn it on. Did CMOS reset with battery and neither works

I meant error LEDs on the mobo. Try using one stick to get the the bios.

No LEDs on the mobo. I went to the store so they changed all 4 sticks for new ones and... not even 1 works now, will change the mobo, don't know what to do
