Ram downgrading from 16 to 8 after bsod

Hey everyone.
I was playing a game and pc crashed(Bsod). when i came back to windows i have only 8g ram not 16!!I changed ram slot but didnt work.
but in programs like cpuz i see 16g.
The temps were ok while gaming
what's the problem?
