RAM Failure? Pc crashes

My computer will crash a minute or so into useage. I bought a new power supply and that didn't help, also cleared CMOS.

Specs:
Inte DB43LD Motherboard
Core 2 Quad Q8400
4 GB Corsair DDR2 RAM
Radeon HD 8350
Antec 350w power supply

Pc will start, crash, start up again beeping 4 times constantly, the crashes, and repeats the beeping

Please help

If having two sticks of ram test with one at a time,see if this will give what is wrong,might want to switch them between slots too if possible.
