Question RAM for 3900X

A friend is building a new system for gaming and Premiere Pro. He will be using an Asus TUF X570 Gaming-Plus MB and 32GB of RAM. The RAM suggested is the following...good choice?

He will do only simple overclocking that the MB provides.

That ram will work no problem.

If using an x570 motherboard you can go for 3600mhz for slightly better performance.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I did look into 3600 RAM, but the cost for 32GB is substantially more than what I posted, and I am told the increase in performance is not proportional to the extra cost......especially in faster latency versions...no?

The 3200mhz kit there is likely the best fit then.
