"RAM For AMD Systems" on an Intel G41 Motherboard

I'm trying to add Ram to my PC Since its slowing down and its a 7 year old PC. I Just Bought Myself a GT730. and I'm gonna install it on my PC And i found this online since my PC has 2 GB inside and does this work in an Intel G41 Chipset Motherboard

My Motherboard is an Asus P5G41C M LX

Without knowing the Make and model of the motherboard, we are unable to say if the memory will work or not.

The G41 chipset does support DDR2 and DDR3 memory; therefore, it depends on the motherboard if it has DDR2 or DDR3 memory slots.
