Please help me, i tried to find some rams but they weren't compatible

4690K
GTX970 Gigabyte
asrock extr4...

Ripjaws X, Snipers, Tridents most any 2x4GB set, would go w/ 1866/9 minimum

it's little confusing here, i've this 3 choice but none of them is in that list, but 32GB or 16gb same version is

Your first choice is the best overall, the Ripjaws X at 1866/8, in fact should run easily at 2133/9 which is better than the listed 2133/11 set

Those will be fine, and still a little faster overall than the 2133/11 set listed. Snipers also OC well, so could look at running them at 2133/10 or so

but why it isn't in the list of asrock extr4 ?
only DDR3 1866 2GB G.Skill F3-14900CL9D-4GBXM, it's says 2 gb so what 4 or 8 gb doesn't gonna work ?

The mobo makers simply test w/ whatever they have available, they should have a set of those, but may have been testing them on another rig, or just didn't have time, there's way to much DRAM out there to test all the available sets on any one given model of mobo 😉
