I have read some review which mention about some problems between the two.

it will be fine. wont have any problem. you can use it.

but your motherboard max speed is 1066Mhz but your RAM minimum speed is 1600Mhz. your ram will automatically under clock its speed to your mobo speed. it will be ok too.

i suggest you to get RAM like 2 X 4GB = 8GB. it will be use full for you in many ways.

it will be cheaper. and you wont find much difference compared to corsair vengeance in your motherboard.
