Prime H670-Plus D4

So to maximize efficiency of my system i must buy 3200 MHz RAM?

What about timings?

There is an option to buy one of these models:

Crucial [CT16G4DFD832A] 16 Gb
Crucial [CT16G4DFRA32A ]16 Gb

Will it fit my goal to make my computer as efficient as possible?
