Ram for Lenovo z51-70

Hello I am planning upgrade the ram of my laptop which is the Lenovo Z51-70 to either 16gb i want to ask what kind of ram should i buy for it? also can i put a 1600 mhz ram here?

The RAM you're showing in the screenshot is already 1600Mhz (Double Data Rate: DDR means 800*2 = 1600). Here's a link to the Lenovo RAM compatibility page. You only need to add one additional 8GB module to have 16G total...
