Well... I installed Vista on my laptop around September 2006 when it was RC1, but anyway... lately I've noticed that it's been rather sluggish. Now I have Windows Vista Home Premium installed, no longer a release candidate, but the actual version. So it's sluggish... I have 1GB of RAM installed running at 533Mhz. I recently had my motherboard replaced due to a bad IEE1394 port and I think the guy that fixed it messed up my RAM. Ever since the replacement I've been getting all sorts of memory problems (BSOD MemoryManagement) along with other BSOD messages, refusal to turn on, etc... all sorts of problems. Well, Vista never ran smooth with 1GB of RAM anyway and I'm looking into get some good cheap RAM. I believe I can have a maximum of 2GB of RAM on this system, and if there is a way to have more, please tell me. Also, Dell won't replace the memory because it passes their diagnostic check even when the system won't reboot after the check. I was looking at some Crucial memory.
Please tell me if this looks like a good deal or if it will even work with my system. Here are my system specs:

Intel Core Duo 1.66Ghz
1GB 533Mhz RAM
128MB Video RAM (ATI MobilityRadeon X1300)
Intel PROset Wireless 3945ABG
Dell 350 Bluetooth Module
80GB Hard Drive

I think those are all my specs, if you need any more just tell me.

Whatever you buy, I'd suggest buying it from a vendor that guarantees it will work with your specific computer, so you can return it if it doesn't.
Also, if you download and run memtest86+, it should be pretty clear whether or not there is a problem with your current memory.
