RAM for overclocking HELP!!!!

Hi I'm planning to overclock an E8500 to 4GHZ (around 420FSB x 9.5 1.3v)
Im wondering if I should get a
Gskill 4GB (2GBx2) DDR2-800 4-4-4-12 1.8~1.9v
or a good DDR2-1066 with low voltage and timings
If you know any good RAM please recommend me some

The G.Skill PI Black DDR2-800 should work fine.
