Question Ram for Ryzen 2400g

I have a question maybe someone can help me. I just built a AMD Ryzen 2400g gaming pc and I got G.Skill Ripjaw v series 3200 speed ram and it’s only going 2133mhz. I can’t get it to go any faster is my ram just not compatible or can I go into bios to speed it up? Any answers would be greatly appreciated

You should be able to increase the speed of the memory in the BIOS by changing to a higher XMP profile speed. What is the make/model of your motherboard?

Look for DRAM Frequency and adjust the settings as desired. Try 3000 vice 3200, before going for 3200. Just a suggestion.

Check to see if you have the latest BIOS for the motherboard. The latest updates can have much better results.
