Question RAM for Ryzen 5 2600 on A320 GIGABYTE motherboard

So, I have my PC for around 4 years now and I want to upgrade from 8gb ram (1 stick of 2666mhz) to 16gb ram. I have read that my motherboard supports up to 3200 MHz and little bit more with overclocking etc... My question is which ram should i get FURY BEAST, RENEGADE or HyperX Predator these are the only ram brand that I could find I'm my small country also ADATA. Should it be 3200mhz or more? 1 or 2 sticks? I'm afraid to buy on my own as i still don't fully understand how all this XMP or Ryzen ready and stuff works.

Also, what would happen if I buy RAM with more mhz than the supported, or I shouldn't do that?
