RAM for the ASRock 970 Extreme Mobo

I've already previously mucked up with this one purchasing 2x4gb sticks of incompatible RAM and I am kicking myself for it. So, naturally, before I make another purchase and waste more money, I'd really like to get some help.

My question is this, will this particular memory

run with this motherboard?

With extra large cooler the high profile RAM like yours may have a problem. Look at the RAM here : )
