Those are both good kits. You really wont see much of a difference in performance at all, if anything. When it comes to ram, it really comes down to what you'll be using it for. If you have memeory hungry editing programs, then you'd want more ram.

In the real world application, though, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between, corsair, crucial, g skills, kingston, etc. It's really just personal preference/aesthetics. Either of those kits you linked will work fine with no extraordinary difference in performance/compatability.

My advice would be to go with a particular amount of ram you know you'll be comfratable with at a price you're...
