RAM freq changed :/

Hello noobie here! i have an Acer predator G3- 605. It had from the factory 8 GB of RAM (2x4, 1600MHz) i upgrated with two new ones 2x4, 1600MHz, everything just fine but, my freq now its 1333. I can't access the bios settings to change it sicne acer blocked it.

Acer does not block access to the bios. If you are no longer able to enter the bios, I would contact acer support.

acer doesn't block access bios in general, just the features of RAM modification.

What was your ram frequency before? Does the motherboard support 1600? Does it have XMP available to auto set the ram?

before my ram frequency was 1600, yes my motherboard support it. no there is no such an option XMP in BIOS settings

Hmm an odd one. I've no idea since I don't have your motherboard. I would suggest you contact Acer support.
