Ram frequency on cpu from 450-800mhz 4x4gb corsair

Hi . I have a problem on cpu-z my ram frequency differs so much starting at 457,533,666 and 800. They are all 1600mhz corsair ddr3 ram sticks. i know it multiply by 2.

What do you mean by differs? Is it not staying at what it is set to?

You are probably looking at "SPD" tab. It shows what memory is capable of. Look at "Memory tab", it shows current settings.
