Recently I bought a new PC with Intel i5 CPU and Kingston HyperX DDR3@2000Mhz. The first thing that I checked was a temperature of CPU which were in idle 50-60°C. In load, it
was about 95°C, when system was shut down to prevent damage. Also in Everest (and in BIOS), the CPU core speed was 4000Mhz which is overclock by 50%. Then I went to BIOS and I loaded it to system defaults. Now the temperatures of CPU newer goes above 30°C, BUT RAM frequency now is 1333Mhz in all possible tests, even in BIOS. Do you have any idea how to use my ddr3@2000 that I paid for a lot more than I could pay for ddr3@1333. Is there any way to raise RAM frequency to factory speed without damagng my CPU????

Yes, probably you just need to set it manually in BIOS(speed, voltage and timings to manufacturers specified) or use the XMP profile, but before you do that make sure this memory doesnt require more than 1.65v for that speed.

I did that already and it does not require more than 1.65v, but processor is then overclocked and it shuts down in greater load (for example when playing games or working in photoshop). Another thing I tried is to raise BCKL from 133 to 200 with multiplier 14, but then PC wont start at all. I guess I wasted my money on this stupid HyperX.

Which motherboard are you using?

With that being said, changing the BCLK is going to OC your processor :) - you can set ram timings and speed via different menus, but without knowing which mobo you are using, can't direct you to the proper place.
