Question RAM frequency problem

So, i bought a New setup, MB Asus Z590 TUF gamming plus, an i9 10850k and 2x 32 gb DDR4 HyperX RAM. The RAM frequency is 3200 MHz, wich the MB supports but It seems like the CPU cant. If i place 1 card in slot 1 It Works Fine, but If i place a Second, third or fourth memory card the PC doesnt turn on, i mean, It hás Power, but no vídeo and no OS. I tried to change the bios settings to run the memory in a lower frequency, but still didnt work. Is there anyway to solve this without selling the memory?

I've tried all the combinations the only one that gets the system on any card on any slot, as long as It is Just one.

I've downloaded the last version on the Motherboard site support section and applied It. Still nothing. Ive stopped windows update as soon as i installed It, i don't know If this is relevant tho

Sorry so long in replying, so bios update does not help. Do you have any old ddr4 memory laying about? If you do try the old ram to make sure its the ram and not the slots.
