Question Ram frequency

Well i need a opinion cuz i am not sure am i right... I play a lot of games and i have 16 gigs of ram but on dd3 with 803 MHz and for CPU i have AMD fx-8350, and for GPU i have AMD radeon r9 290 Vapor-x
My question is does that ram frequency effect my gaming performans

At DDR3? Not really.
Also, just confirming, I suspect your RAM is actually 1600 as the DDR is double data rate, double 800 is 1600.

If it was DDR4 for example, or you were using a Ryzen DDR4 rig, then speed does matter, at DDR3, not enough that you'd notice any significant difference.
