Ram frequency

Hello Guys,

This is the setup i have currently.

Core 2 duo E8400
Gigabyte EP45C-DS3R
4GB Team Extreme Dark CL4 Latency.DDR2-800

However my ram is running at 5-5-5-18(in CPUZ and Bios).Shall i change it to the proper 4-4-4-8 latency in the bios?Will there be any problem?

Should be 4-4-4-12.
