Question Ram going back to old speed

Hi I overclocked my memory a months ago from 2400 to 3200 tweaking voltage and multipliers and tightened timings and got through memtest fine no issues.. This remained at this speed for around a month however when I RMA'd my 5700xt and installed my old GPU RX580 I benchmarked and my ram was showing as 2400 again. Yes I DDU'd the old drivers ect. I went back into bios and saw all my changes were still there and even in bios it said the speed should be 3200.. What has happened?

Please share a pic from the CPUID 'memory' and 'SPD' tabs and from BIOS where it's saying 3200.

1. Read your motherboard manual.
2. BIOS.

Nevermind worked it out. I set timings to auto and it went back to 3200 and I went into bios again and manually lowered timings again. I think I went too low with manual timings initially so it must have reset?
