Ram Hardware Reserved 8.1 GB

Hello i just noticed after a while ago that my hardware reserved ram was too much for some reason(8.1GB Hardware Reserved on 16GB RAM).
After some researching and some attemps for fixing that none worked i bought two new RAM(4 in total 2 old RAM and 2 new).

My problem is that my PC will boot with the two new installed RAM but it won't show anything on screen(screen is black).If i use the old rams or all my rams together the pc boots and works just fine but with the 8.1GB hardware reserved.

The fixes i tried:
-Updated Bios
-Switching Ram Slots Between Them
-Msconfig>System Config>Boot Advanced Options
-Regedit Memory Management
-Malwarebytes Scan
-Windows Defender Full Scan
-Windows Defender Offline Scan
-Clean install Windows
-Reinstalled GPU on different slot
-Reinstalled Drivers

My Specs:

OS:Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Mobo: MSI 970 Gaming


RAM: x4 Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600MHz (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9)

CPU: AMD FX-8370E

GPU: 1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750

I got x4 ram in all my slots is that even possible? :S
