Ram heatsink, should I remove sticker ?

Hi, so I have 2x DDR3 RAM 16gb 1600mhz (different makes) and would like to have some fun with OC, I'm gonna buy arctic RC heatsink from eBay, and my question is "Should I remove spec information sticker from them", I found some answers online and I'm still not sure, some people says they are helping spread heat away, and some that they isolate ram. So I have no clue what to do.

Removing that sticker will void any existing warranty. Just something to be aware of should you ever need to exchange them.

To be honest I don't care about warranty (they are second hand without any papers and boxes), I just want to know if these stickers are gonna decrease heat transfer

Yes, they will impact thermal transfer a small amount. In your situation, you can safely remove to have better heat transfer to the heatsinks.
