Ram Help Needed

In task manager ram is saying it is using 90 percent when only around 5 GB is really being used.
I have ddr4 8gb single channel and a non overclocked 7700k that is used which is why I am so concerned because I just bought it any help or reassurance would be great.http://

Switch to the performance tab... you'll see the total RAM usage.
If you add upp every process it will get you to the usage displayed, I'm sure.
46 tabs in chrome consumes quite a lot of memory.
