RAM: Help with assignment

Hi guys,
I am doing an Assignment in I.T on storage and I chose RAM. i would like to know what the manufactoring price of RAM would be as I can not find it anywhere on the internet and and do you know what an approximate cost of a RAM that is an a PC or Laptop for an avergae person use i.e student, family, etc.
