I need to tweak my memory voltage and timings ect.
I found this guide.

But there's no information about Timing.

When I overclock, I let the board choose the timings. Even though the speed may be a little lower, the system runs smoother. You won't notice the speed difference as much anyway. 775 doesn't take full advantage of the faster ram speed like newer 1155 cpus. I also prefer the ram to run at spec by reducing the speed by about the same percentage as I increase the cpu speed, so the net ram speed is around the ram spec. So, for 1333 ram, I set it manually at 1066 and if the cpu fsb is normally at 200, I bump it up to 240 or 250 so the net ram speed is 1333. But can try for higher ram speed if your asus board can handle it.

I could game almost 20 min before the comp freezes and gives me sound loop.
Does providing Event viewer logs help ?
