Question Ram high profile "issue"

Hi first sry for my bad ENG i have RAM G.SKILL Trident Z Neo 32gb I face a problem every day (0x0000001E) When searching, it became clear to me that it was from the heat of memory
I put the ram in the bios on X.M.P

Do I need a cooler for ram or lower the ram profile ?

Your specs list is devoid of your case, please mention that with a make and model and include the airflow in your case. Ambient room air temps will help us two fold. Ona side note, what BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? Which slots are you populating on your motherboard with your ram kit? Lastly what version(not edition) of Windows 10 are you on?
