i found in some forum a method to calculate the speed of the ram and it was (freq/cl ) *1000,
so if this method is correct the second ram is faster higher cl but higher freq too.
i am not sure about ram, so if someone want to suggest one of this 2 rams or even another, preferibly 16 gb, is much appreciated. thank you.
