Question RAM Idle usage very high!

Hi everyone
I recently checked task manager for the first time in a while because I had to shut a program down, but I noticed my RAM is sitting at 7Gb at idle? I know there is no way this is normal. Any suggestions?
(G.skill Trident Z RGB 2x8GB)
(Windows 10 64bit)

Probably use as cache. windows 10 dose that. it is fine as long as it released it when you need it
