RAM is always high!

I currently own a set of 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz DDR3 RAM, and when I play games e.g ArmA 2 OA the game lags horrendously! I've check my RAM usage and it's like 6.5-7GB's used just from 1 game, yeah I have a few other programs like Teamspeak, Steam etc nothing too big.

Lag is a bad term to use, as for the ram can you upgrade to 16gb? What are your other system specs?

ram is rarely responable for lag. look into your internet connection and upgrading you gpu and cpu. 8 gb will not hold you back on any game on the market today.
