Question Ram is lower than stock

So today I received my ddr4 ram. ( corsair vengeance 3000mhz 2x8gb ),

shortly after I installed them I overclocked them to 3200 MHz, which crashed my pc, and I had to reset the bios, Ever since then the ram clock speed is showing up as 2134 Mhz , I can get it back to 3000mhz through overclocking it , but every time I do, I keep getting blue screens (MEMORY_MANAGMENT, PFN_LIST_CORRUPT).

Does anyone know why the ram's clock speed is coming up a 2134Mhz instead of the stock 3000mhz?

2133MHZ is stock DDR4 speeds.
If you are running a ryzen system I've read that its hard to get the sticks to run at their on box speeds.

Which system ? CPU, MB and RAM ?

I've sorted it out, when I reset the CMOS, it reset the bios driver, I just updated my bios drivers and it fixed it.
