Ram is not working after i shut down my pc last night

Ram is not working after i shut down my pc last night.Ram is stop working of 4 gb and the other 2 gb was working when i install both ram the blue screen is appeared and the shutdown but 2 gb was work correctly.

The 4gb stick does not show up no matter which RAM slot you install it into? The 2gb stick works in every slot?

Yeah,the 4gb stich is not shows in every slot which im install it but 2 gb stick work in every slot. When i put the 4gb stick then blue screen appear every time i start the pc

Prob not compatible (or dead) may be a high density stick which won't work with the mobo, but would need more info to determine that

Is the 4gb stick listed as compatible on the motherboard support website? If so, does it mention a bios revision that enabled it?

In bios the stick is show but it not working when i start the pc. when the windows is loading then it stop and blue screen appear the ram is compatible with the motherboard.I checked it.

What motherboard and memory module is it? Have you configured the timings of the two memory sticks? I assume they are different models with different timing etc. You may need to manually (if there is no automatic mode available) set the timings of both memory sticks to the slowest timings and data rate.
