RAM is not working

I have recently brought a 4 gb RAM 1600hz DDR3 from another city and I forgot that my motherboard(Ecs G41T-M7) only supports 1333hz DDR3 ram And now when I use that RAM on my PC it don't give any display. Is there any way I will able to downclock it manually?

No. If the pc will not boot with it then you cannot change it.

I already have my old 1333 hz 2 GB ram and I tried changing the DRAM setting to 800 in Bios but it didn't work

Have you tried booting the system with only the new memory installed (remove the old memory)? The 2 models may be incompatible with one another.

I did that it didn't work but I also want to use both of them together
