Question RAM is running at 3603 Mhz instead of 3600 Mhz ?

So I have an Asus Maximus XI Code motherboard with an i9-9900k CPU. The issue I’m having is that I recently got some new RAM. I have 4 sticks of DDR4 3600 mhz RAM. When I purchased it I had gone onto Asus website and chose RAM that was listed as supported on my board. Yet when I enable XMP it only gives me the option of 3603mhz for my speeds. My system will boot with these values but is not stable. What am I doing wrong? How can I get my motherboard to recognize the correct clock speeds? Bios is up to date.
